Please fill out the form below. Once you submit the form, you will get a follow-up email from my Fullscript store requesting you to log onto the portal and order the tests. Following that, you will pay for the tests and once they arrive you will need to find a Quest or Labcorp testing site to have the tests drawn (blood draw only tests). For the OAT or microbiome tests, you can perform these tests at home and use the shipping labels affixed to those tests. Once I have the results (4-6 weeks) you will get an email notifying you of the results. You will be able to interpret them with the courses in the insiders group or during our group coaching calls.
